• Project timeline depends on client approval, response speed, and payment status.
• ZyraTech reserves full rights to accept, pause, or cancel any project.
• A 50% advance payment is required to begin any project.
• Final delivery will be provided only after the remaining payment is cleared.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, as resources and time are invested.
• Each project includes limited revisions (as mentioned in your package/deal).
• Extra revisions will be charged separately based on complexity.
• Final files are delivered after full payment only.
• After full payment, the client owns rights to the final approved work.
• ZyraTech can showcase completed projects in portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
• Issues related to hosting, domain, plugins, servers, or third-party services are not covered.
• ZyraTech is not liable for downtime or loss caused by external systems.
All client information, content, and project data remain fully confidential and will never be shared.
